Just downloaded a small update and the firing sounds/animations that were missing (from my weapons anyway) are back. I even have the melee animations from 1st person back (they have been gone for quite some time now)!

Jumps for joy...I like to listen to my guns fire...it adds to the experience that is EU.

If we all stay quiet and dont' mention things we notice then what happens? Maybe nothing gets fixed.

It's like at work...if the copier brakes and no one mentions it to the person who needs to call in for repairs ...it doesn't get fixed...we are all simply trying to provide a service and trying to keep ourselves entertained while we are at work and can't play the game we all love and sometimes don't love so much.

Find your happy place and try not to get so upset that someone actually cares if their gun makes noise or not.

Life is too short to be angry over stupid stuff...

It WAS important that weapons didn't make any noise, when hunting in team you need to know when your friend has opened fire, it's frustrating to be the last to open fire

Content aside, the VUs I have experienced have always had bugs, but overall there are much fewer really annoying bugs than when I started, so that's probably more true for old timers?

Ohh, it seems they fixed the helpful bug with the wall panels... Now you can't pick the panel from the wall while you're in process of placing something else. So much fun and art possibilities ruined .

to those who compares Mindark to other MMORPG companies,

I don't think any Blizzard-like company could handle an active real-life money economy in a game system of theirs, in a short span of time

And that gets even more complicated when updating it.
Now, It could be leaks in their professionalism or whatever

But whoever here, that never has programmed any Real-Life currency active economy games, I hope them not to comment on a subject they sure could not stand a minute on.

Active economy as in the way that the money doesn't go on a one-way road like most, if not almost all other games, where you send 15 bucks a month in the programmers pocket, and they deal with keeping up the servers and updating.

This is much more complicated system, and I prefer their code to proceed with loopholes or whatever by cancelling them, rather than allowing possible exploits in a real economy system.

Exactly what happened with Societé Générale for you news readers. :p

I know what you mean Eron, and I don't mind the fact that MA have fixed 10 things that were broke, just that in fixing the 10 things they broke 20 other things.

3 steps forward, 1 set back is progress. 1 step forward, 3 steps back is not.



It's also true that the things they fixed did not effect me when broken, and the things they broke do effect me now they are broken.

"As we specified in Content List of VU 9.2.1, the appearance of warlock on beacon is reduced, not removed in this case."
