Level to Max MF Heal chips?

Anyone know this info for Strong/powerful?

I know that for strong it is not maxed at lvl 20...

I thought they are still acting like unlimited weapons... so you don't max them out until you reach level 100?

Need to find someone who has unlocked Mindforce Harmony....Force Merge...I know....zero.. players who have. Dan Petrov would be the person to ask on number heals/min. I might ask a bio-god I know what their heals are/level.

well i'm lvl 20 with 17/22
he's lvl 30 with 18/22
if we can use that as a guide...
lvl 40 19/22
lvl 50 20/22
lvl 60 21/22
lvl 70 22/22

looks like it's not worth it IMO
