How much skill do I need to get 7/7 on lesser TP chip?

my psychotropy is about 250 and then i have supporting skills of course i would have to log int he check what my supporting skills are at but wont be able to for about a hour and i have a 7/7 on a lesser

Your pro standing must be at 1.2 to have 7/7 on the lesser tp chip.
