How Do I focus someone else?

Last night while I was sweating I heard some people talking about give me some focus...I didn't know you could cast it on others...It seems to me when I cast it, it just give myself some focus...now casting it on others would really help my skill since my chip overloads after 8 charges...(at least until I move up to my ad implant hehe)..

That would be wonderful info if anyone knows how to focus others...It raises psy skill fairly often for only 1 ME!

simple: just target the other player
that means: either select him (he has the green frame on him) and use your focus-chip, or aim at him and use the chip (range depends on chip-lvl i think)
actally, it works the same as a FAP: you can use it on yourself if you haven't targetet any other player, or on the other player when you have targeted him
