The Expense of Chips

I have stumbled upon 2 healing chips in my endevours...last night most recently off of an adult foul I got a small healing chip and also off of an 01 drone I found another one a few weeks ago...

What I really need and sure can't afford is a firestorm chip. I was going to bid on one until I found out they are about 6000 ped...and that is out of my budget for another 5 years...so any advice on which creatures to fight to find these chips?

Also...a iv teleport would be nice too so I can use my ad implant instead of investing in a Ba implant...but wowsers those are thousands of ped too! So I'm kind of doing a scavenger hunt for these chips...

Any advice would be appreciated.

The higher level chips are expensive because they're rare, so you'll be very lucky to loot one. Check www.entropedia.info for drop info though.

Hmm well I think I saw this website before...thanks for the info...

I guess it's just something to save for. Or get lucky hehe...

Well, the last recorded drop of a firestorm chip on Entropedia goes back to VU 8.2, so that's quite a while ago. That info doesn't always get updated though (depends on whether the person who loots it shares the info) so it's possible that there have been some drops since then. Maybe not though, I certainly haven't heard of any.

Of course Marco did claim that everything still drops, albeit very rarely.

Holy smokes that's insanity...if these are not dropping then I'd be lucky to buy one if I found one...which is stupid because there are only 2 mindforce spells..while the force spell does 35 damage which his decent...reading that the firestorm does 134 damage really made me want one..especially since it says I can cast it too....

So...aside from wishing for more spells....wow I wish they'd make it a little more probable to use them...strange they'd have features in this game that are next to impossible to use...

Well I've deposited $150 in this game and am not putting any more...and at the rate I get globals 0% I guess I'll run out of money soon and quit.
