Level 20 TP... How is this possible ?

I was at sweat camp one nite last week doing some heal/focus, when a good friend of my suggested to a friend of his to open a wormhole for all the noobies. Hey I thought this was pretty cool as I don't see them that often.

Well what popped into my head was a fairly skilled MF user as I know you need to have level 20 in the teleporter profession to use a powerfull wormhole chip. So I go out to where this was happening not far from the revive and look to see who was doing this so that I could scan him. Well I was really amazed at what I saw. I asked the guy in a PM how this was possible, but he really didn't want to answer me.

Below is what his professonal standings for MF and attrubutes looked like when I scanned him, followed by my own MF standings for comparison.

I just cannot understand how a pro standing of level 20 in teleporter could be possible with the psyche and other MF professions so much lower than my own.

I hope someone could explain this to me as I am really puzzled.

If I had to guess, I'd say he chipped up. You can't chip Psyche, but you can chip the rest of the skills needed to get TP Pro standing.

i dont think there is any doubt ... with how unbalenced those skills shown are it would have to be chipping to get it that way

Which means both of yours looks in no way like mine?

That was my original thought exactly that he had chipped, but after looking at the contributing skills involved I just couldn't see how it was done without somewhat influencing the pshychotropian hit and damage professions, as the Psychotropy skill contributes 54% to the teleporter profession and concentration 15% followed by dexterity at only 2%.

By chipping those skills he would have also raised his other MF professions also. Or am I wrong about this?... obviously I am

His weak professions are Pyrotropian, Biotropian, Reviver and Sweat Gatherer.
His strong professions are Teleporter and Psychotropian.

Teleporter & Psychotropian professions rely heavily on the Psychtropy skill, the rest do not.

It seems fairly clear that he has chipped psychotropy.

I am not sure I follow that. His Psychotropian (Hit) is 1 level less than his Teleporter Profession and his Psychotropian (Dmg) is 3 levels less. As all other MF professions are at least 11 levels below Teleporter, it looks like the Psychotropian Professions have been pulled up too.
