The max depths on these finders seems to comply with other data (e.g. z20 @ 1000m).

Redulite and Vesperdite with tk320 at 1k depth both.

I found a Blau II last night with an OF-105 at a depth of 121m, so maybe that will help fill in the ??? on the minimum range.
