I just did a run and I was gonna post the results but I decided not too. I took a risk going into pvp4 and was close to finishing my run and a green dot appeared. I turned and ran but he caught me and killed me and got about 60PED worth of stuff. My own stupid fault so I will not count this towards the charity run. Sorry guys for taking the risk. I'll do another run tomorrow when my ego heals a bit more.

Well, I've been PKed there too, however I have to say that running around with all the stuff you have isn't too smart, remember Hellfire's thread? He stored his stuff regularly and then continued the run, I think his limit was about 15PED or so.
This isn't connected to this current run of yours so much as it's more like a general advice I'd like to give.. You really should return to store your stuff every now and then!!

Wow, Rob that sounds like familiar advice. I wonder where you might have heard that before? <--- I kid only because I can - it is quite devestating the the first few times it happens, but thats the risk taken in those areas.

I was sorry to hear that happen to you last night. I can bet it won't happen again though. My limit was more like around 10 ped in that area and I always tried to be somewhat close to some mobs so I could dive into the middle of them. That saved me from being pkd on a few occassions.

Thanks Sofia and Zar. I knew the advice and planned on sticking to it in the first place but I decided to be a bit risky and I got what I deserved. The main problem was that I found a couple small finds of Himi and a IX of Lysterium and a small Azzurdite. I think with markup, it came to around 60PED or so. I was actually on the run back to get out of the pvp zone when the guy showed up.

All I can say was at least I was killed by an uber and not some noob looking for bragging rights. Oh well, c'est la vie. Next time I will be more careful. I have decided not to count that loss towards the charity run so I will try again tonight.
