I haven't had a chance to try it out yet, but looks great. Is there a way to import old excel data?

Not yet, and no...

1. There will be the option to import csv data in a week or two.
2. Its not written in C++. I have choosen REALBasic which i love to do some "quick & dirty" coding if i need DB support. Also i can compile for WinXP/Vista, MacOSX and Linux which is not much need for the EU playerbase but i needed that for some other stuff... so i am used to it and i can code much quicker and with less bugs than with C++.

New Version is Alpha074. I added some functions to the Map.
You can now select a region and detailed informations for the displayed Ores/EnMatters show up. This is usefull f.ex. to get info about the average depth for the specific ore/enmatter in that region.
It will be especially usefull as soon as you can use a mySQL Server to share your finds.
To update, please copy your old DB folder into the new iFound Folder.

but the thing is, short term memory is able to hold about 5+-2 things in your head at any time so remembering all coords and type etc can be quite hard.

I can remember 16, 2 digit numbers short term.... so, 7+-2 is not accurate either....

You can read a list of 16 numbers once and then repeat it without any mistakes and then reproduce this with another list of numbers etc?

If so, that's impressive and I guess the general rule doesn't apply to you

no no 2 digit numbers.. like 23, 64, 18, 24, etc... I can only do about 10 backwards tho.... i.e. you read above and I say, 24, 18, 64, 23..


And, yes, I kick ass at those games where you gotta repeat everything in order

7-+2 is accurate.. for the average person your above average then i guess when it comes to this.
