I hope this gets the same treatment that was given a while back to bugged robot ships.
(The bug that caused the ship to spawn in an area where the "server is unavailable" which meant you could not get to the ship. One has to wonder how a ship could exists in an area that in effect does not exist?). MA looked into it, and gave everyone who had filed a support case a (35ped?) beacon. Obtain proof, file support case, hope MA do the decent thing and at least give you peds to the value of the unextracted minerals/matters, even if they dont give the unextracted materials.. |

These kind of bugs really
, like everyone says there quick to fix something that costs them money, but we have to take it where it hurts . I really feel for you, i hope the least they do is put the remaining claim in your inventory with a nice sorry for the inconvenience. good luck with that mate. |

Several AoW members had various bugs that were reported, given same answer that "we cannot do anything about it since we cant reproduce it" but when given permission to log in with the account that has the problems so they can "see it with their own eyes" so to speak sometimes leads both to quicker bugfixes and to them being able to verify the exact problem in cases like this where theres money @stake (and might also make them more willing to reimburse you if they cant dispute that its for real).
