Cant extract all of my claim !!!!!

I never had that happen to me, but I guess it's all the same no matter what tool you use ... prolly avatar or zone are bugged ...

You might file a support case, but as I remember they (MindArk) are not to be held responsible for the happening such things (EULA something ...).

Tell us how support handles it ... am curious myself ...

I hope this gets the same treatment that was given a while back to bugged robot ships.
(The bug that caused the ship to spawn in an area where the "server is unavailable" which meant you could not get to the ship. One has to wonder how a ship could exists in an area that in effect does not exist?).
MA looked into it, and gave everyone who had filed a support case a (35ped?) beacon.

Obtain proof, file support case, hope MA do the decent thing and at least give you peds to the value of the unextracted minerals/matters, even if they dont give the unextracted materials..

Hopefully, MA will fix this bug.. until they do, it would seem the global/hof list really can't be trusted as the true amount paid out.

These kind of bugs really, like everyone says there quick to fix something that costs them money, but we have to take it where it hurts . I really feel for you, i hope the least they do is put the remaining claim in your inventory with a nice sorry for the inconvenience. good luck with that mate.

We are constantly working on maintaining a stable system. Our test team has been unable to reproduce the event and our policies do not allow us to offer compensation for reports that we cannot verify.

On rare occasions, however, issues that affect the performance of the system occur. These issues are due to technical reasons that are both unexpected and unavoidable.

About the deed it should disappear from your inventory by reloging in, should it still be in your inventroy after you relog please let us know.

Pretty certain the claim marker is still in the world as well. I went back after the deed expired and it was still there. I don't want to run there again to check a 2nd time tho!

First of all that sucks :/ If theres one thing that should never be able to "fail" bugwise its the economy server... Atleast not without very fast fixes.
Seems theyre taking it serious enough and trying to fix it though, if i were you i would ask them to log in with your avatar.
Several AoW members had various bugs that were reported, given same answer that "we cannot do anything about it since we cant reproduce it" but when given permission to log in with the account that has the problems so they can "see it with their own eyes" so to speak sometimes leads both to quicker bugfixes and to them being able to verify the exact problem in cases like this where theres money @stake (and might also make them more willing to reimburse you if they cant dispute that its for real).

Hope it sorts itself out for you and that MA fixes this one fast... good luck on it
