Cant extract all of my claim !!!!!

For those who haven't already seen them, there are two threads in Bug Reports, one from myself, one from Squallx. I count 5 people who have stated that they have had this bug, starting last Saturday.

The announcement from the Customer Services Manager at Mindark this afternoon perhaps means that this bug will at last be taken seriously.

To help you improve your service, let me list some of the mistakes made in handling the current mining bug

- you introduced the bug on or before last Saturday morning

- you still haven't fixed it

- you were unable to repair the affected claims

- your logs appear to have been inadequate

- you failed to recognise for several days that it was a threat to the stability of your mining system

- you sent standard brush-off messages to the people who logged Support Cases

- you sent a further brush-off message to the most experienced miner in Entropia containing assertions which were already known to be untrue, and infering that he could not verify his Support case

- you have made no public statement or apology

- you have not offered to compensate those affected

- you have not published an indemnity for any future cases.

So please can we have a public response to this bug, actions will count for more than words.

Some players report bugs to support that costs MA money.. And they are rewarded with Angel parts, Full Martial sets... etc..

Reporting a bug which dosn't give MA more money (an error in their website keeping all non-english customers from downloading the client) didn't yield an item with markup some time ago.

It could be possible that the hitbox of a claim would actually be in a bit different place than where it seems to be, next time try drilling like 1m side from the claim

It is bugs like this that Ma don't fix (while fixing bugs that cost THEM money) that cause a bad feeling between player and developer.

And this is the kind of posts that makes MA unwilling to help people

My claim expires in about 5 hours hope you have a way to fix this for me. We have now investigated and verified your report. We can see that you were not able to extract the remaining 17.08 PED from your Belkar Stone deposit. The deed has now been removed from your inventory and we have placed the missing value of 17 PED and 8 PEC in your storage.

We will off course further investigate this issue, check the system for possible irregularities and hopefully prevent this from happening again.
