"VU 9.3 - A Breath of Fresh Air"- the update that players pay for!

Ive filed a support ticket regarding the mining situation at CND since the respawn situation have been totally messed up after the last VU.

Many miners are suffering bad economically and the reply I got from support really upset since were playing with real money.

Reply from support was as follows ( I cant upload pic atm )

Following the release of a new Version Update, the system might be somewhat unstable. Many participants set out to test the new features, and this heavy traffic affect performance in a way which is difficult to foresee in regular tests. We are aware of this and we have had ongoing fixes since the update to remove possible causes on our side.

This awareness should be posted at logg in and warn players.

Most important thing is: how many of us miners do want to pay for these admitted errors??!!

Id asked to get a refund on my amps/bombs spent since last update.

it may sound like just whining but... - i really thought that only I am having crappy returns, I do not think that 1230/3400 TT return is normal


so after two such runs - i decided to stop mining on cnd for at least month till everything is hopefully sorted out. If it wont be ... then arrivederci CND.

And about MA's fault - it is their game and they treat players like shit. Nothing new.

after noticing horrendous mining returns i tried hunting !
i mean its more fun if i'm gonna lose 80% may as well kill something in the process rite?

Same here,but after melting all i have,i came down from argos,to corns,and i ended up at kerberos last night iwth my opalo...results,i got loot from the first 1 and then over 40 no looters,so i quit the game for some while and downloaded me a another 1.

I'm not really much of a miner, but while waiting for WoF to start, I dropped 50 bombs on CND. Not one single find...

I know for you lot its not enough bombs to be a proper test, but thats the first time its ever happened to me. $5 just handed over in minutes....

I trade and mine on cnd (you may know me as dibbler up there) and i can say that many miners (some very experienced on cnd) are experiencing the same as the OP. Since the VU my own mining on CND does seem a hell of a lot different, of course could be a bad luck streak but seems there is more to it.
Currently suspended mining until things improve.

I would agree that some things may have been changed, or maybe some things reseted since the VU, something you should always expect and adapt too.

Since the VU all I have been doing is CND mining.
I have been experiencing lag and bugs with item equiping.

But the returns have been ok so far, I am getting normal CND hit-rate and ok TT return... maybe it was just a few unlucky days for you?

For me maybe, but Una the OP is 41+ pro ranking prospector and mines CND most of the time. Incidently i spoke to Max 49'er today, he's outta skills, outta ped, and maybe outta EU since the VU - but i know he amps heavily so could be the reason.
