NRF - No Resource Found - Mining/Skilling App

Looks like NRF not getting any keypress events now on Vista. Cannot even take screenshot, no matter what key I assign. Also noticed that if you press "P" or "U" right after another (in EU, to see time or coords) , the key is not always works.

The key problem like P and U, have been happening a while and isnt only Vista. I use P for position and F9 for bombs. It often happend that a bombed dropped without getting a new position or the other way arroud. I kinda assumed that was my crappy new keyboard.

As for Vista not taking screenshots: I wonder if you are the only one? Anyone else have this problem with screenshots? My Vista crashed and neva saw a reason to re-install such a crappy OS, so I cant test that atm.

a member in my society has not been able to utilize their NRF since the VU change...

hotkeys, not matter which assigned, seem to not operate at all as if the program isnt even running in the background... she is using the Vista OS as well....

Ok.. It's clear to me.. I will need to take out some hardware and reinstall Vista. The Vista install BSOD's me when I try to install it on my machine. The reason I didnt reinstall it after it crashed the first time. But I will take the time the coming week to install vista and check out the problems with the hotkeys.

I have heard pepople with same problem. Run NRF as admin instead of just opening it.

Squee, looks like its not VU, maybe it was some windows update, that changed permissions to process/intercept keypress messages.

I just installed Vista. Pretty sweet that the OS detects a disk inconsitency after it reboots normally during install, and finds loads of mistakes while before it was working fine. Still can't believe MS actually outdone themselves to release the crappiest software ever.

.... but before I start a 3 page rant about Vista, back to NRF...

I have noticed one bug in vista, but other then that it still runs for me. Maybe it was the administrator setting that was needed for the hotkeys, I am not sure.

The one bug I noticed was while in window mode, it didnt take a correct screenshot of EU, but it started left of the window, only capturing 80%-90% of the EU window. After a restart of NRF this was gone.

I will look into all current bugs soon and release a fix for those.
