Ahhh yes, now you say that.. I've had the same and i think i reverted back to an older version of NRF. Sorry i did not come up with that much sooner. Then again, the new version should now work better for everyone!

There isn't a way. It only exports to human readable formats, not imports. It's unfortunate because it was a very nice utility to use back when the skill scanner worked.

The skill part of it was basically abandoned when the in-game skill pages changed and became harder to parse. Your options now to play around with skills are jdegre's various utilities, entropia tools, EU Companion, and WikiTools (the skill value calculator is accessed from Entropedia, the progress calculator is presently just up for testing at http://esi.coolinc.info/progress.cgi).
