Well I don't even know what to say. Imo that is imposible and seems strange that they are same soc, same res, ~100 peds diference and 13 seconds interval...
I was mining in pvp3 when I saw... andafter a few seconds (and evading a hispi ) it came the other .
Imo there's something weird, but dunno so... uber big gratz!!!

13 seconds apart, and it takes about 13 seconds to pull 10 extractions (roughly), even for a high skilled miner I wouldnt assume 10 pulls would be much more than 2peds (for lyst/1pec per stone). And these are roughly 100ped in difference?

certian things would have to be true in order to time such a thing with such accuracy.
1. As mentioned, each amount (small,poor,vast) has a pre-determined amount of pulls...
2. They would have to extract with the exact same tools at the exact same time ( a 3k+ lyst takes many many many many hours)
3. They would of either found both deposits at same time, or one would have to wait till the other found their deposit to begin drilling.
4. A lot of pure luck and coincidense

I have been a miner for quite some time, and I am almost certian that #1 is not true.The only other way this could be timed is for one to mine their Rich down to a verypoor, stop and wait for the other to mine theirs down to a very poor (or maybe poor), then extract the last parts together. (100ped of lyst still takes ~1hr to extract.)

But one thing is for 100% certian, it wasnt imposible...cause it happened. Though the odds of it happening would be mind boggling, I would think would have better odds being hit from a star falling from space. But then again it looks like there is a 89% probablilty of that happening very soon too (or not).

And why the hell do you wish these two gentlemen looked account? That makes no sence... They were just very lucky, both got a very big hof and they managed to coordinate the drilling so that they both showed at the same time.. In my opinion they should be congratulated atleast two times, one for the hof and one for the coordination.

1. first of all, there is a quote here which is missing form the original message "shooting everyone to keep any hof for us". that sounds let's say ok as an uncontrolled reaction. as a strategy, i find it disgusting, not only fair-play-less.

2. i don't believe in coincidences and THAT kind of luck. therefore, i personally suspect them. being convince of a 3rd party interference, either software or other nature, i wish them happy locked account.

That is my explanation. Of course, only an MindArk official investigation could clear that out, but I personaly don't buy the "lucky" and "coordination" story.
