Is the mining Fixed?

Did MA fix the mining so that there are no deposits anymore? and all are like tiny?

it seems like there's more big deposits and bigger ubers but lower average deposits... however they seem to have increased the size of thedeposits names... tinies is like the old very poors and very poor is like the old poor etc.
