Thanks for the great post, It actually renew my interest to play this game, i am still a noob playing on and off for a year+.

And I had my first HOF!! and in PVP4



It lasted only 20 mins before i got booted out

Due to my slowness and complacency , i had lost nearly half to a pker, Should have listen to Tie Bender and follow his guide closely

I will not name the pker as i can see his reputation is quite bad in this forum.

I just blame my stupid finger!!!

Ok time to mix things up a little



To be honest I just can't refuse the temptation of 103 Amps for less than 110%

Im going to do 50 bomb runs but with a 103 amp, hopefully I should be able to collect some interesting data on the difference between mining ampped and unamped, in terms or hit rate, frequency of rare ores etc

Cost Breakdown

103 Amp costs 125 ped - 2 ped thats left at the end = 123 ped

123 ped / 56 uses = 2.2 ped per use

2.2 ped + 1 ped for bomb = 3.2 ped per bomb

3.2 ped x 50 = 160 ped exactly

+ 5 ped of misc like usual

So total cost of new runs is 165 ped

(phew maths hurts my head)

I found a lot of Erdo (like >50%) on the southern part of pvp4 a few weeks ago. Thats the only time i've been in pvp4. Hmm didn't notice the amps were that cheap now. I've been adamant about unamped mining. This % changes things. A lot.
