Just about 2 min running NW from akmuul TP, along the PVP4 border you will find some ganganite there, I used to believe ganganite is CND-only resoruce, but that really surprised (and scared) me when I saw ganganite beeping on my finder on amethera... I thought it was just a bug, but I found a few more in that area.

Cool results......I have had mixed fortune there as well, but do not venture there often. I seem to find magerian in the south, on my first run there found blood moss but never since....(Was all looted by Zippo, inc 240 ped blaus....talked him into returning half of the blaus...hehe i was retarded...made it out but strayed back into the border running home lol....see pvp thread)....but it is, i must admit quite exciting....i feel exposed when running in the open, and prefer to stay in little valleys/hillocks and also stay close to mobs, as the mul's only need 2 hits on me .... had a good narc strike, cant remember how much, in the northwest as well. is the invisibility bug still active in the new vu? would be a bit tight if they fixed the storage container bug but not that one.....never used it myself, but it seemed almost a fair bug balance....i should try out NRF...gonna have a look now.

Well this was an interesting run, found lyst which is unusual and disappointing

Also I got killed by Hot Ass but for some reason I didnt lose the few peds of ore I was carrying, I talked to them later in the SC and they said they didnt get any loot at all, so maybe it was a bug or maybe I just got lucky

I'm wondering here, since I've just tried out mining probarbly not dropped more than 750 bombs lifetime. But, If you show these good results (for all intents and purposes, we'll call them good, even though you've only entered 10 mining runs), why don't you go out on a new run when you've dropped your 50 bombs?
That is, if you have the time.
Is the area all "mined out" for a while?
Not that 50 bombs is much and doesnt cover all of PVP4 :-)

And in what way do you drop your bombs? Straight line, running in a circle etc etc..

Often it is because I don't have much time, and it does take a bit more time to collect all the data and post it here

However, I don't like mining the same area again straight away, like you said, I feel that it is 'mined out', whether or not this is true i'm not sure

Yeh, I agree 50 bombs isn't much, I usually use 200-400 bombs in a normal area but in pvp4 ive got the risk of being looted so I keep the runs small

Normally when mining I run in a straight line, however in pvp4 i usually try and stay in safer areas instead of trying to run in a straight line, I also will go to areas where I know that I have found himi and nik and other high markup ores before

Thank you for the awnsers. So, the same ore is generally (always?) in the same area?
Have you ever tried pin pointing an exact codinate where you found a good deposit and dropping there again with luck?

After reading your adventure I had 3-4 runs,and they were good trips.

Only 1 death ,the killer is Uniqu3 and loot 6ped ores .I let him kill me just because for a test (trying to tele when hunter near me) but I forgot to get focus before mining

many smalls,1sizeable,2 ample ,some rocks

please forgive me when u see me because I always take a little peds on my inventory (under 10ped ) because if I claim ample or anything bigger I'll tele and store my ores .

Also more infor here: Lyst isn't unusual,I claim about 20-30% all my ores claim.

Gagannite can be claimed NW Amuuk ,not only inside pvp4 .

Maybe not completely on topic, but...

I don't know what TP chip you have trung, but my lesser tp chip's charge is not protected by focus charges.

Still, quite a nice find in there
