I love to read all of the mining experiments, I am a miner as well.

I profit and I lose ped on a daily bases, there at least to me is no real set way to mine for profit.

to me it is all luck

Really start documenting everything, and re-mine some old spots. I used to be happy with 50% return in mining, and now I am already mostly breaking even or small profits!
So yeah, I say saving everything you do helps, alot

It also think most off the mining is luck. But maybe 15% isn't luck and if you do that 15% perfect you will profit

WTH lost 43 ped on a 50 ped run !!!!!!! Worst return ever for me. now just got 20 ped on pedcard so I need to sell my stack. (hides, wood, wools...). But my stack isn't big so will net get a great price for it :p
Now Sofia got a bigger profit if you compare it to me but she has less runs. Maybe it is a normal curve?? If so I hope the curve will go up very soon

Actually, I'm experiencing something similar during these last few days... If you look at my balance now, I once again have got less than you! And my 41th run has exactly as bad as yours right now!!
I have to say that the next time I log in, I'll go sweating or do other stuff instead!! It really isn't just me, it seems...

This time no mining for me Return was to low lately so I did a little hunting. Bought a Riker UL1(l) from auction and whit my A101 on it killed some molisks. Bad retrun overall but there was one whit 30 ped loot in it. Now almost level 10 in rifle so that means markship right ? Also went to level 13 in Swordsman (hit) in this run whitout using any sword
41.88 ped in and 52.22 ped back

No big profit on this run. Again I did some molisks. But profit wasn't the objective for this hunt. I tryed to unlock MMS an I did It's my firs unlock so far. Material Arts is not for away I think
