Is there a hunting etiquette to observe when hunting in a team.? Should team hunters have roughly the same damage weapons? If not members with low damage weapons get little loot . I know the higher damage weapons are much more expensive for ammo etc.Having recently been in a team hunt my Breer m2a amped did much more damage and I felt guilty I got so much loot.I shared anyway.Any other things to be considerate about.? The mobs we were hunting were high damage and I think we all would have been killed with lesser weapons. Thanks

It really is personal choice with regards to this. Stackable items split between team members based on damage, so you will get a fair split even if it's not an even split. As for items, usually most players will split the value of items equally amongst the team members, so it makes sense for team members to have a similar damage output, but this isn't always possible. If in doubt, always confirm the specific rules of the hunt with other team members before you begin, that way you shouldn't run into any problems down the line. With team hunts its all personal choice how you run them and will most likley be personal choice how you prefer to hunt. Usually, when I hunt teamed we split all items above a preset value (50ped) evenly regardless of damage output, but stackables are left as they are and you get what you earn. Although there are always exceptions to the rule and you will have to work out how to deal with those excpetions when you encounter them.

It's up to the individual hunters / teams.
I don't think there is an actual written rule to follow. Normally for me, if am hunting together with strangers, I will go for damage determines + stack share. There have been instances where strangers have invited me for a team with equal shares and just stood around while I was hunting (I left in a hurry). With disciples, I try to make sure they loot something, if not, I normally end up giving them a few peds to cover the ammo used after hunting with me. |

Yo if you like know the other guy well then the best would be same weapon (SIB, preferably non L), same amount of cells, looter takes all. After the hunt the looter pays the decay for his own weapon and for the weapon of his friend and the rest is splitted 50/50 among the members.

When we hunt as a soc team, we split loot based on damage. This seems tobe the fairest way. If i stop to answer the phone, i get no loot....
We have a mutual agreement that if the team globals and the size of the global equates to a global for each of the members of the team, then we split that loot equally. i.e. if there are 5 team members, we split any gobal that is hogherthan 250 peds - 50 peds per team member. Also, if a team member leaves after a long hunt and then we global, we make sure that player gets a cut too. I guess it all goes back to trust and the individual team you are hunting with.
