A third-party developer is a developer not directly tied to the primary product that a consumer is using. The primary product may be hardware or software.

or do they mean I should not try to make loss to peass coder ? ![]() anyway this discussion was here allready many times :P. I think MA should tidy their EULA, then continue with bugs and slow down (well, they're probably slow enuf) with CE2. |

A producer (1st party) supplies a product to a customer (2nd party) using components from another supplier (3rd party).
If customer (2nd party) builds his own application then it's not forbidden by MA EULA. (which is however not how MA threats these cases) Yes I know that "definition" of 2nd party developer is he has to have contract with 1st party developer. However as per definition of supplier / customer / 3rd party components I can also see different thing. (but I'm not layer so I'm most likely wrong) How Apple for example sees 1st/2nd/3rd http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=300662 Quote:

Yes, the EULA is unclear.
It benefits MA to have it that way. ![]() |

If no one can figure out the EULA it benefits MA so they will never change it or answer any questions regarding it. MA will ban people use AC if they want to and explain it however they want.
I could program my own autoclick, its not that hard. Secondly, how does using an autoclicker alter the game while crafting? Does a clicker give me a better CoS? |

I just dont understand why people want to use third party programs anyway. If you use them to skill, spend either some time to do it yourself or buy the skills.
Crafting for example, if yuo skill in crafting more often than not you are not going to profit. so an autoclicker chooses to loose ped while he is not even at the comp ![]() Sure there are some skills that you cound gain with a third party software that comes for free (autorunning for evade, sweating(?)). But most of the times where I have seen that this might be booring to click on my own, it would cost me ped to click it for skills. |

To confuse it still more:
The Microsoft Sidewinder gaming mouse includes the ability to create macros. Ince installed, it becomes part of the Windows OS. So, if they OS has the ability to AC, is that a violation? The game is intended to be run in the Windows environment, and Microsoft determines what constitutes the Windows environment. |
