I got almost all TP's by now. Earned 50PED, my agility is under 20, and sg is also under 200, didn't deposit. Do i qualify for this?

Yes, you are. Please have a screen shot of your maps to show which is missing and start to collect them for your reward

(Screen shot of your map with date and time stamp)
