Question: What equip do I need to profit hunt?

Best way I found to profit.....is don't try to profit...instead play the game to have fun...rest will come on its own..but if your beating your head against the keyboard after every hunt because your losing money...then your better off not playing at all...if this thing begins to stress ya out...get out now while ya can...play thi to have fun...a laugh or 2..make some online friends..have a blast...and when you lose you won't feel it as much...but when ya win it feels alot better..

Lot of people say you need "Luck" and "Skills" ...

If luck is needed...i don t see the point of accurate planning..
and if tons of Skills are needed ... what s left to the newcommers?

i am a beginner(2k rifle) i ve tried many setup,all i know is that sooner or later i have to buy Peds.... again.

Market prices are too low,most of the hard earned goods go directly to TT...
Of course you can t cover cost with TT price...you need "Other people's Money" and market for basic goods is down.
many things doesn t even worth selling to auction because of the auction fee!

sure then ,it s like casino ,waiting for MA money to "profit"...

If you are waiting for Mind Arks money to profit you will be waiting a long time. If you want to profit provide a service everyone needs and charge for it you will profit more off of other players then profiting off of Mind Ark.

The point of planning is to try to lose less, so when the luck will suddenly give you a 1000 ped profit you wouldn't have a credit balance of 5000 .

farm daikiba youngs ! go eco as possible m2a a102 or opalo and a101 , made about 400 ped in 2 weeks off hair stuff and daikiba wools alone

do small runs too ! about 25 ped ammo , that way if u can lose u can just sweat them and whine like i do

Big tip's on profiting:

if you have the ped to save oils and wool save them.. for me (big time hunter) when I was hunting kreltins non-stop I'd get 5-10k peds worth of oils and hides in a week or so which most people tt and sold em for a 400-700 ped markup.

Do that for 4 months like I did I saved probably over 7-9k ped just in keeping hides and oils that I'd normally tt.

That requires money though..
for none required money..

stop if hunting is bad.. you know if your losing if you lose for more than 10 minutes stop..
come back in an hour..
If you global good.. keep going if it goes to crud don't keep going my rule is: If I go 100-200 ped without a global I'll stop, this is on 500 ped of ammo.
Also just cause you got a global that means your hunt is going to profit doesn't mean keep hunting if its bad.. most people think well im going to profit anyway might as well keep going.. don't it cuts into your profit.

Don't miss if I payed attention and saved my obvious misses (like trying to get max range and being 5-10 feet out of range and getting a 15-20 pec miss..) alot of people shoot 5-10 feet out of range trying to get max range just so they can start shooting sooner = less armor decay/fap decay,.. but the difference from missing a shot 10-20 pec and maybe 1 hit on your armor IF That ~1-2 pec. Try shooting at your max range you know and then take off 10 meters.. 10 meters won't make a huge difference but depending on the person the tip could save you 5% of your hunting cost..

play it smart.. Mob are avatar based imo.. find one that works for you.. ambulimax's might be godly for your friend. but suck for you. Find what works FOR YOU not your friends.. just do the trial and error.

I have to say this is the best way to go about it... Doesnt answer your question, but damm this works well...

However through my experience, I have found the following to be a good way to profit... most times...

If you have enough evade dont use armor, but at the same time you need to take 1 mob on at a time.... dont let mobs corner you to death. But combibos in the sweat camp are really good way... yes its a small mob with small loot... but what do i call small loot?

if I take my opallo with an amp 101 no higher, if you haev a scope & laser to improve your gun stats use that too... Then take no more than 30PED in ammo go to sweat camp just behind the barn (North) shoot every combibo you can see, I found that by the time I spent my 30 PED in ammo at least 1 combibo will drop loot worth 25-30PED then the rest is all profit I have tested this but have not posted any of my findings just to save my self some flaming i found that 2/3 times 30 PED runs will be profit....

The catch is.......
I have found with this theory is that once 1 combibo has dropped its 25-30 PEd loot you need to move on, as this will not happen again for at least 2-3 hours, meaning that the rest will be poor loot not worth your ammo/decay...

Berycled ... hard to kill with an opallo with no great return
Combibo .. Challenge to kill but better returns than the above

Ohh by the way the above advise is my experience hunting in sweat camp, I wouldnt try this anywhere else, unless someone else has done tests them selfs

LOL all those people saying it is all luck based blabla, it's not.

It's all about finding the right balance; find a weapon that match you're skills and after that find a mob that suits you're chosen weapon and skills.

Don't sell anything to the TT, like Da stated few posts above a few % can be a lot money on the long run. Maybe try to find a regular buyer.

Hunted with armor is in most cases more economical then without, but use the right armor. Armor decay is based on protection it gives. Best way to test this is to do a few similar runs with and without armor. If you choose the right armor/mob combination the decay on it can be cheaper then the fap decay from naked hunting. On the other hand fapping gives skills, armor decay don't. Find the right balance.

Log you're hunts, write down hunting place, setup, mobs, ammo spend, decay etc etc. On the long run this can give you a lot of usefull information.

But the golden keys to profit hunting is experience and discipline.
