My guide so far, seeking feedback

Alice - just read your guide from start to finish. A very handy manual for the game, and I'd definitely recommend it, especially so as it's bang up to date with the new tt fap etc.

My personal favourite was that it explained why so many people say oooOOOooOoooOOOOOOoo when they die. All this time I had wondered how everyone could say this so consistently - was there a hot key for oooOOOooOoooOOOOOOoo?

All of it was vitally useful info for both beginners and experienced players trying something new. I guess the only thing I was a bit unsure about was where you say in 10.6 professional standing & ..., under the professional standings graphic 'the profession name (Hit) is your hit ability /10, like in this case Laser Sniper (Hit) 2 would be a hit ability of 0.2'. Is this how it works? I thought (probably wrong!) HA varied depending on your skills compared to the skills required to use the weapon to maximum efficiency. eg I have 5.6 HA on opalo, but no way is my profession level 56! (I wish ). Maybe I misunderstood what you said.

Anyway thanks for putting all the time into this. Definitely it's the source for new players.

and the HA thing is correct afaik, its prof standing / 10, but just for normal weapons
read non SIB weapons like the opalo
take a look at a jester d1, and compare your prof standing with your HA on it

Love that list of things to get. (3.1)

Went through the key reassignment - easy with the guide. In any game, mastering the Heads Up Display is a major part of becoming good at the game.

Finished the first noob tp tour.

Discovered along the way of said noop tour that my rifles went too high for a mentor. That's what I get for a guide, a map, and self-reliance. Oh, any chance of adding names to the dots in the map? I went through and added notes to my copy (yes, I printed it out. Worth the peds.)

Just one thing: any chance of adding a screenshot of the repair terminal (11.3) once you're using it? I spent at least 3 or 4 noob minutes clicking "accept" then "confirm" and wondering why nothing was getting fixed... I did finally figure out that I had to move the slider.

the eudoria and ame map for the guide i made myself, i copied and pasted the ingame map i took screenshots off together til i had what i needed
can't be that hard to write some names in
gotta write a note for it, before i forget it

Hey Alice, I'd love to see some more information on becoming a shop owner. I've scoured this forum for hours looking for real solid information. I would be happy to contribute what little knowledge I have as I'm looking into creating a shop within the next 6-9 months.

well, i guess you buy a shop, place your stuff in, the stuff you buy cheaper if possible, and sell higher in your shop
what questions would you like to see answered ?

i need a beauty part too i guess, but i have no clue about that

touche, I guess I should have elaborated a little bit.

There's booths, mall shops, standard shopkeepers, outdoor markets etc. I'm where to find shop deeds, weather I need to look at the in game real estate broker or a land area owner, options when running a shop etc.

Specifically, I'm looking for information on the different types of shops -- specifically -- like the items I just listed. I was on the auction and I couldn't tell what was an apartment or a shop. Follow what I'm asking about?

hm, if i find the time
atm im kinda busy, uni just started again, so i see what i can do

but usually you can find shopdeeds either at auction, or in case of mall owners you can buy it from him

a shopkeeper can be put in your shop, or an apt
most likely a shop is rather visited than an apt, as long you dont advertise
shopkeepers need repairs afaik and apts and shops maintence fee

apts dont offer to price items you placed in, shops do

but i dont own a shop, nor a shopkeeper, so i cant give real info about this
