There are players in PE that can't deposit peds.
I'm 16 and I'm one fo them, but a friend lent me 200 peds (the mentor) and i got some good skills, very good loots for begining (+10 PEDS at a 30 ammo hunt) and I maneged it without deposit.
After I built my skills I went to the rig and due to my good link with MA i have low lag and i'm kind of fast (live close to Swe)
Now i can manage myself only with oil
Anyways this is what ppl that can't deposit do:
1) try to make some friends and after then ask them to be your mentor. Don't accept anyone as a mentor cuz some may trick u and won't help u at all. Make friends.
2) Untill that sweet a lot and sell the sweet. This way u gain some other defensive skills, but low ones.
3) Don't hunt, mine or craft untill u get a good mentor that will give u adices. I sugest to hunt if u can't deposit.
4) When u got some peds find hunters that sell most of the stuff to tt, tt food and then sell it in market;
U can ask them if they want to be your tt food suplier and try to find more and become a trader.
5) After u got some nice peds from trade/sweet get yourself a pixie armor
If u can find someone to offer they fapping services with adj fap or better go N of PA and get some bery young (~3.1 attack speed and 5 dmg with pixie) depending on the fap; or if u can't find get a fap 5 from tt (or a broken from the mentor and repair it for ~1 ped)
Adj fapper - 3 pecs / heal
Imp fapper - 3 or 4 pecs / heal
Mod fapper - 2 pecs / heal (they may ask for 3 pecs)
Adj heals 50, imp 120 and mod fap 160 if the fapper is high skilled
It may seem kind of expensive, but it's worth it
U'll get evade skills even if u'll lose decay to armor and the fapping costs, but it's better cuz mobs will hit u lesser and it's better then fap yourself every time.
6) After u build some evade (at least 100) and got a pixie get yourself a gun and a fap 5 from tt (or a broken from the mentor and repair it for ~1 ped; in case u don't got one) and hunt small mobs and so on
This way u'll build agility that will enable u to move faster.
7) OK After u build some skills u can try the oil rig (S of nymphtown) and try to take oil. It's is hard cuz it's a pvp area, but if u're lucky u may survive the mobs or players and if u're luckyer u'll get some oil
I)To get oil zoom out max using the mouse weel and swhich to cursor mode (Space bar by default)
II) From the Option menu ( "O" by default) disable the "move to target option (i think it's the 4th one) and get the Hotkeys for the "Option Menu" out; press enter on both. The Option Menu gives some lag and u can get killed if u press it by mistake. U'll be able to get into the menu from the bar at the buttom of the screen
III) The oil pops out every 10-30 min with the curent VU and the amount is 5-15 peds. Just pay atention to it and stay as close u can to the rig cuz oil pops out at 10 m distance at u can be to far for the oil that's why is good to stay on the rig ( u can pick items that are 10m or lesser away from u)
IV) With all this u can be able to get oil, but if there are pk'ers they kill u and I sugest to leave them alone at the begining and !!!DON'T JUMP!!! It will give a jumper reputation and it's BAD!!!!
8) Anyone can manage it at the rig, but the prob is that some ppl may not get any oil at the begining, but don't wory.If u got good MA link and no fast ppl u can get it easy. If u're not fast enough ask your mentor to go somewhere with mo mobs or players and ask him to drop oil in random places. If u're not sure that u're fast try to gues the spot of oil; it pops out at the corners and just pick a corner and stay with the mouse there, but in time u'll be fater and u can stay with mouse in center of rig.
9) After u start to make some peds at oil rig try to buy the oil from other ppl at tt price and sell it for 105-110%
10) U'll start to make some peds and get yourself a Rascal armor after u can aford one and later on get a Vigilante armor

P.S.: On the road u'll find fruits or dung, but they sell for a few pecs, but u can keep the freuits untill Taiming VU will come and u'll get better prices.

That should be all.
In ~2months i got an avatar of ~2k peds worth and NO deposit, just oil rig.
