Within the original message, Cassandra often spoke what appeared to be encoded sentences (ex:[Cassandra] TASTOXO_7_N)! After a brief research of some names, i came about their origin! They can be found in the "Symbolic Representation of the Universe". Several tablets were skryed by Sir Edward Kelly concerning the origin and formation of the Universe...
Now this is were we go in to the hermetic world! Each of these tablets contains 'Enochian' letters and are hard to translate over here! What concerns us for this matter is the tablet IX, of which you can find a drawing and interpretation in John Dee Dee's "Liber Scientiae, Auxilii, et Victoriae Terrestris". To these 'Governors of 'Air' a number of angels was given in order to guard that part of Earth!
It's my belief that the number of angels given to these governors is the key to all this, since no other numerical relation can be established, at least none that i can come up with!

either way the message remains. and i must agree. some people take this game and ped very serious and MA doesn't. they believe in the ped and we believe in the markup. they know markup exists, they choose to ignore it mostly. otherwise when you are liquidated you would recieve a portion of markup if you lost large markup item. you only get tt.

so, we will see where this ends up. i have stated before i didn't think MA really likes the basic stuff unattainable with high markup, but then again sometimes i am wrong. but the markup is all us. not them. on items that are dropped with any regularity supply and demand takes effect. on items dropped less frequent supply and demand begins to take less effect and simple reselling begins to dictate the price (riker ul2 - only a few exist and each time one is sold add at least 1k ped - went from +1500 to +5000 within weeks/months).

i don't have any answers, but i will be watching.

You have a point.
This is how my thought went:
Herren in German (which in that case is the language in question since we're dealing with a noun with a capital H at the middle of a sentence), meaning men, didn't really fit in. Even if it would have been in plural: die Herren it wouldn't fit the sentence. It may had made sense it it had been Der Mann, as a double translation of the slang epithet for The Government.
However, Herren, the Lord - God - is written with a capital H aswell, in Swedish. And that seemed more fitting in the row of Superior forces that where being named in the sentence.

okay pepper. the whole things looks great. i just wanted to pop that out there to be certain. being a poly language sometimes grammer takes a break so i wasn't sure.

my reasoning was as following:

Herr = man
en = plural
plural man = men

i didn't think of the lord because of the capitol letters since in german all nouns are capital, but in english only special nouns are.

i don't disagree with your translation and this one word doesn't change the context of the greater story. i think i just wanted to be a part of the thread.
