Ok I don't know where I should put these, or even If I should be putting them anywhere.
I go to a art class, and I'm not very confident in my work, lots of people say they like it, but are they just being nice?

Well here goes.....











Tell me your thoughts, its ok you don't have to be nice about it
(But do bear In mind I have unlocked avoidance in Dodge and I have Friends with big Guns )

I think they're great....... Really good colours.

I used to do a bit of drawing myself but was never great with the old paintbrush....you seem to have a nice style going on there - i particularly like the bridge one

Really nice, RC...you have a good eye. Very much in the Impressionistic style. Keep playing with the colours to create whatever mood strikes you---well done.

Looks rather like Monet, is this your interpration of it, or you just decided to copy it, recreat it?

It is good btw, just wondered your reason, accidental, deliberate?

Yes it is inspired by Monet, our teacher encourages you to study paintings then recreate using your own style. Its a good way to discover what Your style is. The first one is from Cezannes Lac d'Annecy.

Its great fun messing about with acrylics on canvas

I love this 1 - if I were to relate it to an area that I love in EU...it would be looking across the pond at New Switzerland. And I know your inspiration didn't come from that

But really, being one who has worked in the printing/design industry for over 20 years I can tell you are on track for some serious artwork in the future. If these pieces are simply inspired through an Art Class...standby...me thinks you may have unlocked some mega creativity that will be your good stead in time to come.
