Red Bull question

oh, btw, come to think of it.....since I work on a lobster boat part of the year.

anyways.....our ships captain usually drinks a case of 56 red bulls within 4-5 days. Plus coffee etc....

i'm from Austria wich is known as the Land of RedBull cause its from here.

My only problem is to sleep after partying with more than 10 VodkaRedbull inside Heartbeat like Bassline 110bpm

I have a low tolerance to caffeine.

Just one red bull would put me to sleep, strange but true

lol, same here unless I drink tons of em. Every night for the last few years I drink a few soda's, and I'll be alseep within 5 minutes no prob if I wanna.

I can sometimes if i drink them to close to each other feel my heard do wierd stuff that pumping a bit to fast :P so dont do them to excessive

Good to hear you got to avoid a night full of work, and the crappy day that would follow :P. I drink alot of energy drinks without any problems, I think 4 red bulls in an hour or so is my record, I hate red bull though so I stick to other brands of energy drinks. They're really good when you need that extra boost, I'm always stocked up on them now, I like to keep 24 in my fridge at all times lol. If you drink way to many you should expect some bad consequences though.

theres alot of crap about this sort of thing. of course its not "dangerous" unless you happen to have a condition which would make you suscepitble to some adverse reaction. anyway, 6 cans? thats like the same number of cups of coffee and no one says that drinking 6 mugs of cofffe in 24 hours is likly to cause harm. though there are over things going on in redbull i dont see any reason to worry. put it this way, if it was as dangerous as that it would be illegal, its only 1 every 4 hours.

someone suggested freash air, a 10 minute sit outside with a nice cuppa tea and buscuit will work wonders and let your mind relax and you'll do far work in the time after than staying there necking redbull/coffee/proplus/coke (either).

funny that, i have a similar effect, get drowsy after about half a redbull, but then perk up again. probably a metabolic reaction to some ingredient.
