btw - making a thread asking someone to break rules so that you can break the rules a little farther, is not a good way to introduce yourself.

Creating an account in someone else's name is very much against the EULA.

You can play EU as a sixteen year old provided your have your parents' consent. If you don't, then no-one here can help you I'm afraid.
