Before buying a camera like that ask yourself if you are willing to spend a few thousand dollars on 1 or possibly 2 lenses for it.
Even with that camera you will get crap images with a cheap lens on the front.

You will also need to buy decent cf cards 1gb+ if you plan on shooting raw, a couple of extra batteries, lots of HD space, image processing software etc.

It soon adds up and you can easily spend 2-3 times the amount of the camera body on extras.
