What im doing right now is creating weight, for 3 months, while working out and eating alot, Then 3 months of carving the fat away, then 3 months of tuning.
It much easier to start with gaining weight then needing to cut down right away, as i dont have to do more cardio then my warm up and run 1once a week. |

When it comes to the weightlifting itself you should read through the max OT program since you also train so many times a week. Be critical about what is written tho. http://www.ast-ss.com/When it comes to nutrition, read the book I linked to earlier. Best book Iwe ever read, and Iwe read a few actually. |
