IT field here too,, network admin and desktop support. I get to listen to couple hundred users whine all day

When I started it, I thought so as well

But it isnt.

It is stuff like: IBM is sending to their employee a monthly salary check, make that all as efficient as possible.

Or: The army wants to send recruitment letters.

Or: A car manufacturer wants to send PR and also letters of variable paper amounts, check if there can be inserts. Add automatically a Datamatrix franking.

and so on. Nothing with email
