MS9 Signature Contest . . .

I think it's about time that I have a proper signature, so I'm inviting all the creative artists out there to show me your best designs. I'm willing to give up 1000 EFD (I think I'm able to do this, right MB?) ... PLUS ... 200 PED. If this is acceptable payment for a cool design, then let's see some good stuff.

Here are a few particulars that might help . . .

* My favorite color is purple.

* My avatar name was created as a result of ...

Mind = I'm a psychology professor. (no, I don't "scan" minds)
Star = Wanted something galaxy-like in the name.
9 = I was born the 9th day of the 9th month.

* Society name is "JetStar Alliance" ... which is made up of both my
brother's name "Jetboy" and my name "MindStar9"

If any other information is required, please let me know. I would appreciate anything anyone can do to help with this. I have no clue how the signature thing works, so once the signature is selected, you'll have to walk me through how to upload it ... I follow instructions well.

I was thinking that maybe one or two weeks would be good as a time-frame within which to make a decision if there are designs submitted. I'll accept any input with regard to what would be reasonable. I'll make the final decision on which one I like the best and would fit MS9's persona.

There are a lot of creative people who live at this forum, so I'm sure someone would be able to come up with something. Svet ... I know you've done them for a lot of people for free, but my mission here is to stimulate a lot of creative juices (<-- there I go again) ... and offer an appreciative reward for the efforts.

The background is a picture Ive taken myself of a perfume bottle acctually

Thought it somewhat looked like a shooting star, and lots of purple!

WOW ... nice start to some pretty creative offers ... love it. Never thought about using a mint green color with the purple Cay, and having 9 circles was VERY creative ... it looks great. And Skam, great thinking about the shooting star effect, I love it ... and keeping with the purple theme is awesome. Grey ... I like the slant on the name in yours, but perhaps it would look cooler with purple in it.

One of the things I neglected to mention about the name is that I not only capitalize the "M" in Mind, but the "S" in Star ... hence, MS9 ... so if the name is spelled out, then the "S" should be capitalized as well ... sorry for not mentioning that before.

The others look great too, but keep in mind that I would love to have not only the purple incorporated, as well as the name, but also stay in line with the essence of the name.

Thanks to everyone who submitted so far ... I can see this is going to be a VERY challenging decision for me. I knew we had a lot of creative people at this forum, but if this is just the start, OMG ... I'm going to have a hard go at it for sure.

Skam ... you're right, I made a mistake about the person who was doing the signatures ... it's "Ultimababe" ... how could I have gotten that wrong. Guess there are those who do so much at this forum it's rather challenging to keep them apart sometimes. I am so in awe at the special people we have posting. I've been rather busy, but getting into posting more now myself.

To answer your question about whether you can submit more than one signature offering ... I think it would only be fair to all if we limit the offers to just one since some may have the creativity to do one, but not the time to spend doing more, which would create an unfair advantage for some.

I am SO looking forward to seeing more for sure. Love it, love it, love it. Can't wait to be sportin' my new signature.

Here's my entry....

And remember...nothing is set in stone. If you like it but, would rather the font was different etc. , it can be changed. I'm sure this goes for everybody else too.
