I am working, or at least on call, so I don't get to dive into the beer too deeply.

Go the the neighbor's and visit, do a little barbeque and watch the city's fireworks display.

I miss Colorado. The several cities around Denver all compete to see who could put on the best display, you could go to certain locations and get a good view of as many as six different displays.

few years ago, I was in UK for the fourth. not many people seemed at all interested in our celebration there, but I did find some sentimental brits in Basingstoke who invited me to the pub, and kept me in ale most of the night.
We had a great time without the fireworks.

Recovering from a mean ass hangover for me on the 4th... Tuesday night my buddies and I are meeting up to get our drunk on, that way whenever we all have to go back to work thursday we're not a wreck.

I will be attempting my first solo barbeque. I got the grill and now I just have to figure out how to assemble it and then how to use it I think I'll stack up on the snacks just in case.
