I admit, the first 15 mis Is hard. But after you WANT to see. It is all shocking, but once you get past your first instinct of not wanting to know...

I had this feeling. Subconcoius albeit, but I wanted to switch it off. I didn't want the hassle of being guilt tripped. But hell im glad I watched. Its strange how a film can change your way of thinking dramatically.

The situation Is Ironic. No one wants to believe Its so disgustingly wrong. but the truthful video evidence is so shocking, people blank the thoughts out all together.

I wish I could make everyone see this video. I really do.

About the film - I was wondering how much of It applies to where I get my food. Of course It ALL applies to me, but I mean specifially, which areas of my diet I need to change. In the film, 100% of what you see Is true, but of course not everywhere Is the same. Id be Interested to see footage of free range egg farms and the likes.

I just read about Organic Milk farms too. Apprently the procudres there differ hugley from the normal ones. There they graze in the summer, and are not fed any non-natural food. No steriods ect ect. Also the calves can socialise, as they are kept together. Apprently calves like to groom each other in their natural habitat...

Also they say how they provide natural medicines, unless absolutely necesary to use synthetics.

How much Is true is another thing I suppose.

Maybe I should google my local producers for the Milk I drink, and the Eggs I eat.

As for everything else. Im cutting out meat. Ive decided to make my own decision here, and have come to the conclusion of Milk & Eggs are fine, when they are given the proper conditions to live. Although the meat Is another thing. Plenty of exotic non-meat food out there anyway.

Id be interested to see anyone who does not make changes after seeing this film. All the way though; of course.

Just finished watchin this and.. wow.. a very significant documentary.. makes u thnk about all that beef consumed in fast food places everyday. where it comes frm, and the suffering that results in that dinner you eat ... absolutely unreal to think how cruel mankind can be to animals when we as a species are animals ourselves. definitely heartbreaking and a must see for those who have not been able to see the entire film.

I'm usually pretty jaded with emotion appealing things but this one hit the soft spot, unlike anything I had ever experienced before.

A must-watch, I'll reccomend it to everybody I know.

My Idea Is for everyone to post this directly into their society forums on EF. Or better yet, external sites.

My thoughts are that, If the thread is coming from a friend (when posting on your soc forum), they are more likley to respect that Its something useful, and take your advice of watching It... Or at least i hope so.
