Thinking of selling a Sakura Sachi G Apartment with balcony but have no idea of current value.... any suggestions are welcome

If I remember correctly Sachi is one of the ones close to the tp? I have one in Kufouku, which I paid 1k for about 6 months ago. I'd like to think it could fetch about 1.5 now, so if I was you, I would push for at least that.

Just a guess though, but try testing the market at that price.

Awww ... sorry Hon, I forgot that this wasn't a selling thread, so perhaps I shouldn't have posted, but I appreciate that the deed to the apt is available, and I'm happy to take it off your hands. I'll be ingame at 13:00 MA time at the Sakura Trade Center, so see you there.

As the owner of G apartment myself I think 1500 was a good trade for both parties It is the price I would expect for mine if I was to sell it.

Damn I wish I saw this thread sooner! Was lookin for a G apt not too far from where I am now (I need more space). Didn't relize it was 2 doors down from mine, lol. So I guess this is a "Hi Neibor!" to Mindstar. Stop by and say HI, Im in 14E same building
