Wanting to find out what houses like this go for now days. It is on East Corinth Beach right above the outpost out there and is one of the double houses meaning it has 2 of each room.

they used to go for 5k or so but that was more than a year ago but since people don't sell those house often i can't really say

Probably 50k now with all this inflation in everything...

House prices haven't inflated the same way as guns and armor do, this is why we see so few estates for sale. The ppl who originally purchase them attach real world values, and thus expect the prices to increase hugely over time. For whatever reason time has not educated people in this respect, leaving the housing market stagnent.

I sold a single for 7k a couple of months back (bought for 4.8 over 4yrs ago).
I thinks that's a fair price for a two level 3-roomed house. The mutant houses that are joined together aren't worth 2 * a single. The look isn't as good, the joins between the doors are messy and the copy&paste replication within one house leaves alot to be desired design wise (and it's kinda confusing). Add to that the fact it doesn't have the item points of two houses. I'd say your probably looking at 8k maybe 9k tops.

I really hope your able to make the sale, I think it would be great to see more properties changing hands on Eudoria, but that's another thread....
