Major Sellout just got 60k BO for his Strikehammer. Based on the past relationship between SH+RJ price this puts the 100k sale as a bargain. I'd say 115-130 easy for an RJ now.

And yes, for the record.. I think this is F&%$ING INSANE. I thought >I< was insane when I paid half that.. Hell I still do. I still think I was insane to pay 26k for full angel (way before feet existed).

Personally i have a target figure for when i decide to sell, and it's definetly above that, so i'm not giving that estimation just so that i can sell mine.

Hangar value depend on how far its from TP, what mobs on the way, etc..

You easily push up price here, sh at 60k doesnt mean you should double value of the RJ 100k is still high to me but whatever who care..
Osiris bought his hangar at TI north so the value was ok

True, but it's not the only factor.
It makes a difference, but i doubt someone will be willing to take 30K less because of location, 10K-15K would be realistic though.
Though for all we know Centech's is at a good location so this might not be relevant (mine is, so it's one more thing i won't have to worry about in the future).
