nope, at least not that easily

Well, it doesnt work out well to chip out, so I thought, someone who's been studying through EF and wants to start, could save the hassle of super long skilling and such. Might have to ask MA for that permission, but if not, I might just keep Dazz, I mean, I dont "want" to do this, but RL issues are kinda forcing me into a corner.

You must seek MindArk's approval before attempting to trade avatars. It would only really be of any benefit to someone buying if your attributes/skills were very high and chipping it out took more effort than trading the avatar (there are things like account info details etc required). FOr an uber avatar, it might be different as there are not enough esi's in EU to chip even one skill out, let alone a dozen. There are avatars in EU that would fill 20kped of esi with one skill alone. That's a month's worth of esi drops.

mmk, well, I cant really go buying an ESI atm, coz im in a situation where I cant depo in, and my inventory is worth a whopping 50-100ped. Lol. Thanks for the responses, they've helped me understand the situation with the whole inability to sell an ava and such..

Hmm, may have to rethink what im aiming to do/how to get some rl ped lol. (yes, I dont have a job. Im having enough trouble as it is with uni atm fyi. )

As others have said, you'll need to solicit MA's approval in order to sell your avatar without violating the EULA. As its such a murky area we don't allow avatar sales on EF.
