PC: TI Lake View #9 & #10

Been wondering a long time what these two TI estates would go for if I ever cured my Entropia addiction

lol, that would take care of my 2 shopkeepers, but how about the real estate

Well the summerhouse @ Corint Beack would not go for 10k

So 12 k 15k ain't far off. It's all about the need of the item.

If there is not interduse anyting else you can use the esate too i don't see why the price should be higher really

lol, those corinth houses are dolls houses

not to mention they are miles from a tp

and if you were to check the volume of the estates you would find that #9 & #10 have the capacity to become very big indeed

+ of course they both have space for 4 shopkeepers outside

No the price is about 12-15K for the real estate if i am not wrong.

real estate is such a difficult thing to value, i know trixie sold hers for 40k ped a couple of years back but that had some furniture in it and a few robot parts

So i did some checking on that 10k corinth house that sold a couple of months ago for comparsion

the corinth #3
cubic volume: 34,000m
distance from tp 2,265m
Max Shopkeepers 17/6=2

lake view #9
cubic volume: 129,375m
distance from tp: 506m
Max Shopkeepers 24/6=4

the # of times you could fit corinth # 3 into lake view # 9 = 3.80

lake view #10
cubic volume: 217,125m
distance from tp: 517m
Max Shopkeepers 28/6=4

the # of times you could fit corinth # 3 into lake view # 10 = 6.38

and of course it says nothing about the value of the fact that all avatars who join entropia have TI on their TP list from start, and unless you are one of the lucky ones like me who spawned at corinth when you strated then corinth looks a long way away
