I cant say I ever had a weapon bringing me constant + in EU and thats new to me. well i always heard it described as the blp imk2. can't now or could you ever down aurli in dome 4 with a imk2. i think the mod stark is best paired on medium sized mid mobs or uber mobs ofc in team.

imk2 or mod stark both great options for farming those mobs, ofc the 4.72 being superior.

the problem seems to be that to 95% of the market that does not have the skills investment to use either weapon, that the sibs are the way to go. and given that they are looting like water (one mod stark, zero imk2s in the whole three years i've played as i know it) the imk2 price is suffering atm do to a very high drop rate of sibs that give the average man a higher damage per pec than any old weapon (even the mighty imk2, certainly the very solid mod stark or even the mod teg).

even burnsey is 2.80 on his imk2 with his skills, after 5 years of playing eu. even burnsey sees the cb26 as a better weapon for him.

and when the other 5% of players are desperate for a x5 or MM atm, it ain't helping any of the prices on the mid level sibs.

anyhow sell the assassin if you must, but i wouldn't loose my head just cause another one (omg, one weapon!) looted.

Na Im not worried the recent drop would devaluate it. After all the stats r still the same, its a great weapon really but I have done my share of grinding medium size mobs in the last five years. For anyone who maxes this weapon ( 34 rec, 38 to max) is has great great possilities to gain shitloads of skills and keeping the eco at top, you could even harvest the extra skills and sell.

10/10 is a world of difference even from +7.0 HA, crits come very often. Camping something like Nea's Ambus or Itacha Trox will for sure pay off in the longrun for a dedicated hunter with alot of time.

Skippy, AFAIK nikki has a mod teg. Seeing you state that mod stark is being called the imk2 of blp, aren't you confusing the mod teg with the mod stark?

You get 2.80 dmg/pec with imk2 at lvl 51 hit/dmg (not taking sights/scope into consideration, with them it would be at lvl 44 hit/dmg). That is pretty low skill for 5 years in EU imho. Maybe your calculation is a bit wrong?

maybe skippie was looking at the dmg/sec as well, for level 55 hunters, its not so hot on the imk2, compared to the cb26

atm the price of all theese unl sib weapons go down -ofc then there was and still is a lot of dropping in a short time

but this game needs to be balanced and thats why MA will not flood it with those weapons, its quite a lot yes but only maybe 50 really good or very good weapons of this kind (all with midlevel eco ) isnt really to much compared to a playerbase with 30 K active people

we know MA and we can be pretty shure that there is a point where the drops will stop nearly or really completly- after reaching that point it isnt difficult to know what will happend with the prices

last but not least, ma want to win and hold more investors and they cant afford to let the investors really loose a lot

Nikki as in me owns a mod starkhov whereas _Nicky_ (the confusion is understandable) managed to steal the Mod tegretov loot from under my nose all those years ago when we hogged the Camp Caravan ambuspawn day in and day out.
Seems like an eternity ago with peds and pecs and ambuskin in every loot above 20ped :P
(Though being rl friend with him has given me the privilege to try it out more than once so no hard feelings there ).

Ah ok then thats clear But mod teg would be the imk2 of blp, not the mod stark.
