miners package

Thinking about selling a complete miners package.. just wondering what people would consider it to be worth

Maybe something like this:
Full prospecting chip
Full surveying chip
Full mining chip x2
Full drilling chip
Full extraction chip
Full geology chip

These skills would be enough to open calypso ground assessment and extraction, and instantly max out any non L finder in the game, as well as maxing most L drillers and miners.

Opinions are quite welcome.

Not asking for offers just yet, just trying to figure out what a package like this would be worth.

Well full surveying, prospecting, and geology chips in auction at the moment go for well over 2K+ but I am not sure if people are paying the BO for them. Drilling and mining I think are around 500-700+ but it just depends on the availability of chips in auction at the time. Extraction I am just not sure about this one a full extract chip my be worth alot more.

General mining skill chips have always had a huge markup but I see more and more in auction these days so the prices might be falling as competition heats up and new miners acquire skills at a faster rate to be sold. I guess if you notice general mining skill chips being bought up and the prices start to rise you should be able to ask a premium for your chips but if there are tons of skills out there people might be hesitant to plop down a huge chunk of peds for a full package.

Sorry this is a bit vague but the chip market can be very volatile at times. GL selling

Hmm, well sirhc, I am trying to figure out what the ones who would not hesitate to get all the skills they need at once would pay for the full package.
It would make them an instant "uber" miner to 90% or better of the playerbase, increase their hp by a good bit, and unlock two hard to get skills.
I know what the market is atm for each individual chip, but I also know the market for supremacy parts, and try getting a full set for market price. The point is that when you get a whole package, you generally pay a premium for it, rather than taking the time to search for deals to piece such a package together.

Ok Teilk I got what you are saying sorry if I got to vague or wordy in my last post.

I guess a good way to determine what that type of package will go for is to start a selling thread at market value but make it a "reserve auction" so basically when the number that you decide they are worth is met you can sell at that price.This might give you a clearer picture on what people are willing to pay and if it is worth your while to sell the package. Also if you find the right bidder and right price you have an instant sale

I would definitely have a start date, end date, and beginning price for your selling auction. Make sure your clear there is a reserve price and once its met to be fair I would disclose it and if there are days left on the auction keep it open for bids until the end date. So if your reserve is not met its your option to sell or not to sell.

GL on finding the right buyer at one time I would have been very interested in that package deal

My guess would be between 9,500 & 10,000. Possibly a bit more but its not going to make anybody an uber miner. I have about the same probably a bit more than those. It is a nice setup for any new miner though.
