PC: QR affect on value

Yes,

I was wondering if there is a good way to calculate the value of a blueprint with high QR.

If a BP is worth, say 10 PEDS at 1.0, how do I calculate the value when its at 24.7? Or 35.0?

Would appreciate a good answer to this one

imo its VERY hard to put a value to any bp with a QR that isnt 1%

the reason is because you max out your CoS (max being 42% not 100% lol) before you max out your QR.... in my experience, anywhere between 50%-100% QR maxes it out.... throw into the eaquasion the fact that skills ALSO affect CoS (which would mean that a high skilled person could have max CoS with very little QR), its almost impossible to put definate values to bps with QR.

they are all worth something different to somebody else. in PE an item is worth what somebody payes for it, and with bp's the value of bp's with qr will be different to different people.
