PC Hangar No. 3 on Treasure Island North

Hangar No. 3 is the first Hangar you will see as soon as you arrive at Treasure Island North Teleport. A lengthy 2-3 second trek from the TP

The current market value for Hangars in general is 80-90k

How much are people willing to pay for this Hangar given it's prime location?

Quite possibly the Hangar with the best location in-game.

I've never offered this Hangar for sale, what are you on about? It quite clearly states in the post this is a price check.

I think hangars are worth more then 80-90k in general so i would guess about 120k for yours shouldnt be a problem to get.

based on those numbers you will be able to earn about 130k-140k peds in 5 years. i doubt that those numbers are based on 6 hours of hardcore piloting every single day (since he got ticket agents and have 1.6~ trips per day).

i think i read somewhere that you usualy could earn what you paid for a LA in 5 years. since having a LA is less work i would say that any price from 70k to 100k would be fair for a hangar. 70k for a bad location and 100k for a prime location. and who knows what will happen when MA opens up more planets! i think the piloting business will only get more profitable and the hangars will be worth more when the universe is expanded.

It seems that there is a little collection of hangars being traded about between around 10-20 people at the moment, and each sale, they go up 3-20k in price. Quite funny to watch

based on offers ppl with hangars has gotten and the roumer about new planets.

and if you got a long FL with alot of miners and cp hunters those stats gets better fast.

and if you dont use twins and the line system you will prolly do even better if you lower the prices to say 20ped instead of 25-30.

i would put my money on a hangar if i was to invest in PE
