I'm wondering how much houses are worth depending on their location and size .
If anyone can estimate it ....

As you said it really depends on size and location. Here are my best estimates:

Far from TP and small size: 5k-8k
Close to TP(less than a min run) and small size: 8k-12k
Close to TP and Large size 10k-20k
