I assume MA hasn't made an announcement of this new feature then?
Act surprised.

Ok A recent example. I purchased a P4 blueprint. I wanted to be able to craft at least 10 guns (End up clicking it enough to make 30) So I went to the bank and got a loan on my A106 amp for just over 2000 ped. Then purchased all the materials needed to click the BP. The first 10 guns were great had a nice hof then it sucked from there but basically broke even on the crafting of the p4s.

Now since the guns were slow to sell I stuck about 10 of them back into the bank so I could pull my amp back out cost of loan about 20 peds. And each time one gun sells I take one out of the bank and place it on auction. Loan cost of each gun 2 peds.

Now I had 2 options I could have deposited 200-300 US more to do the crafting or I could use the bank to get peds from an in game asset to do the crafting. I choose the bank since I can't afford to deposit any money at this time and for about 30 ped in cost I got the loan the let me do the crafting I wanted to do. Yes I could have lost money to make it harder to pull my amp out but I only took the loan out to click a bp that I knew at worse would still be a 80% return. Now the problem is when I was done clicking I had a ton of P4 guns and with the change I can no longer take that option cause I cant get addiitonal loans on the Limited items to get access to my amp again.

No way I want to tie up the gear I want to use if I can't get loans on the items I craft.

I would never use the bank for a pure gamble, too risky. But I do use it anytime I see a deal on something or if I want to do a crafting run on something that I know will have an ok return even if there is no global or hof.

As above, but buying ores for a large run is generaly cheaper than buying enough to make 1 or 2 guns, selling them then buying another small quantity of ore etc - so the bank interest is offset by your saving on ores.

It also allows you to do big crafting runs at prime times, like when new prints are dropping.

Thats totally correct, because I used the bank I was able to buy large buyouts on most of the materials I needed to craft the P4 for under market value and most likely saved me more then the interest I paid. Much easier to buy adrenal oil for almost 0 markup if your buying 500 ped worth then if you buy 10 ped worth.

Bank verses 1000ped on a credit card, MA keeps 35ped for there fee thats 35%.
(BND cost .41% thats less then 1/2 a %), so 1000ped cost 41pec per day.
So a full term loan of 30 days is only 12.32ped.
The interest rate @ BND "14.99%" is comparable to a credit card, and with the currency conversion fees, it works out cheaper then a credit card.

THATS HORRIFIC!!

what im gonna do with all my ur125, vivo and m3a(that never sell because of fucking O'cuin now selling them at 109%! crazy ass) ... i had plan on stocking them till he go broke but now what im gonna do?... as for the rest... yes same for me... it did help me do craft run on prime time...or meanwhile item sell...

its very deceiving to see MA choosed to do that... its fucking stupid in fact... BANK owner have the choice of refusing L item... if they wanted that to stop they would simply offered ridiculous price... so why MA CHOOSED FOR THEM?

Bastard!

I'm still waiting for the banks to offer a savings account...

I'm still waiting for the banks to offer a savings account. Til then, TT+0 or cheaper items on auction will have to do I guess... lol. Too bad banks don't do like some societies do and do blueprint rentals for cheap... basically you'd pay ped in the amount that bps are selling for on auction now at higher rates than auction, take bp and skill on it, then trade it back in for your peds... it'd increase the qr, so in short time I suspect banks would have all bps in game at 1.00 - then ma would have to do something else to make it tough on crafters again since everyone would actually have a use for the banks.

Coolness

If you haven't noticed, they've also removed (L) items from the auction orders screens too.
