Omegaton Gamma 19A, is now for sale, It is unfurnished with a nice water view, it is open for inspection, it has rent paid up until 11/26/09. asking $625 ped for condo with the rental cash. if interested please leave a way for me to contact you either email or ingame time and dates. i will check this often. also leave any other questions you may have about the property that i may have missed.

I hope you mean 625 PED and not 625 US dollars (6250 PED).

is it me or is this condo considered cheaper than others? i had no inkling that a condo can be so cheap... its like something i can buy after a few months of playing o.o

you can purchase a condo/appartment any time during the game as long as you have the ped to do it.. this condo isopen for you to look thru it if you are interested. and the price is now a bit lower then theother and that is because i own 2 and only need 1.
