Question Looting someone who just ATHed

Would it be right to loot someone who just ATHed in a lootable PVP zone? Would you do it?

I can guess what will be the most popular answer

Picture this: you are running around and spot someone in PVP 3/4, who you then see get a 300,000PED loot (woohoo!) in the loot window and swirlies. Do you A) pwn the mother, B) let the poor sap go or something in between? :P
