Except to offer your ass up to others while you practice running and dodging w/o armor on. Yes you'll die quickly, but the revive is right there and the experience is worth it.

Btw, if you are looking for REALLY cheap Aim training, I suggest you get a scanner and try scanning ppl that are running, jumping around, or whatever. It's only 1 pec per shot and works out of PVP too

and to avoid the other guy steals your heal you could train to use alt+"fap button" to target yourself and only be able to heal yourself ^^ (not as fast so only use when needed).
