Tango vs. Swine

Ok, if you could buy one and only one of these, which would it be. I've flip flopped between the two many times but I think I'm leaning towards the swine.

Thoughts, comments, opinions, complaints, ect...

Swine has a damn bad economy but I would still prefer it. You have to kill with the first shot with the tango, else you are dead.

Tango A 204 Adj Mk V Adj Ravenger V1
Nerve Blast

its really close vs long range

swine is great for close range fights but tango reload makes it crap for close range

IE

eon+forripper in ring
......vs tango = 1 shot then death
......vs swine = decent chance of killing eon dude

also cost , tango if you can find one goes for 34k+ swine is selling for < 20k (and yes I've owned both before, ideally you want to own both too, the pefect companion to some infultrator )

I'm not worried about economy when doing pvp, that's what deposits are for

and i think I actually enjoy close combat pvp rather than sniping (except for the occasional oj on the hill), so seems like swine is starting to shine

the guns are at the opposite ends of the spectrum for the same sport imo.

also, both imo are simply add ons to the main pk gear. you wouldn't really be able to use either one as primary pk weapon.

tango is way too slow, swine is way too short. so when ur lookin for a pk fight, u'd start off with the tango and try get in a couple of hits. if they manage to survive by some reason, swich to mid (camo) so that reload finishes by the time they come within swine range, so u can switch to swine and blast em up good.

a good thing with the tango is the wild dmg range you'll have giving you more chance to kill with 1 hit, while the swine will take more. obviously its no good for close up combat.

for what you want to use it for (rig) i'd say that the swine is the best bet for u mate, because of its high dmg/sec. most of the rig combat is close up anyway so you won't struggle with swine compared to waving the tango about for 55 sec and only playing with it for 5 sec of a minute.

Well i would personally get Tango.. long range and u have a decent chance of a one-shot-kill

Well, here's my problem with that... when I used to hang out at the rig a lot, 99% of my pvp fights actually started with the guy literally a few feet away. Then if either of us died, the fight would continue by (the dead guy) TP'ing back right to where we were fighting, so for most cases the Swine would be an advantage.

I've also seen many times the Tango is almost useless against anyone in Eon, whereas with Swine you have a chance.

And the other plus for Swine is that I wouldn't have to chip up a bunch of plasma tech to use the Tango!

Yea I agree the best setup would be to have both, but that's not an option at the moment
